2 oz. Eight Oaks Penna Rye Whiskey
Orange Peel
1 Sugar Cube
Angostura Bitters

Rim the rocks glass with your orange peel and toss in bottom of glass. Muddle orange peel and sugar cube in a splash of water. Add 2-3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters. Add a large ice cube & pour in Penna Rye Whiskey. Stir well & enjoy!

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Goslings Ginger Beer
Fresh Mint & Lime Slices

Fill copper mug with ice, Penna Rye, lime juice, and ginger beer. Garnish with fresh limes & mint.

2 oz. Eight Oaks Bourbon Whiskey
2 Spoonfuls Orange Marmalade
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1/2 oz. Honey
Amarena Cherries

In a shaker, add Bourbon, orange marmalade, bitters, and honey. Fill with ice and shake well (about 10 seconds). Pour ingredients and ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with Amarena cherries.

2 oz. Mint Infused Eight Oaks Authentic Applejack
Fresh Mint
Green Tea
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Honey (optional)

Fill a glass with ice and pour in mint infused Applejack, lime juice, and honey. Fill the glass with green tea. Stir to mix well. Garnish with large mint sprig and lemon or lime.
 

Mint-Infused Eight Oaks Authentic Applejack

Add fresh mint sprigs directly to your Applejack bottle (the amount you add is up to your mint-y preference). Leave for at least 24 hours and up to 72 hours. Remove mint leaves & keep on your shelf for future use.

2 oz. Eight Oaks American Gin
1 1/2 oz. Fresh Meyer Lemon Juice
1 1/2 oz. House-Made Honey Sage Syrup*
Fresh Sage

Fill a shaker with ice, 3 sage leaves, fresh Meyer lemon juice, honey-sage simple syrup, and gin. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with sage leaf.

*Honey Sage Simple Syrup Directions

Bring water to a boil. Stir in equal parts honey until dissolved. Remove from heat and add bunch of sage leaves. Let cool and store in refrigerator in an air tight container for up to two weeks.

2 oz House-Made Sage-Honey Syrup*
English Black Tea Bag or Iced Black Tea
Garnish Lemon Wedge and Sage Leaf

Can be made hot or iced.

3 Mint Leaves
1 1/2 oz. House-Made Ginger Syrup*
2 oz. Pear Nectar (Goya® brand is easiest)
Ginger Ale

Muddle 2 mint leaves in bottom of your glass. Fill with ice and add vodka, ginger syrup, pear nectar, and top with ginger ale. Garnish with mint and pear slice.

*House-Made Ginger Syrup Recipe

Bring water to boil, add equal parts sugar and stir until dissolved. Turn off heat and add fresh ginger root (sliced) let cool, strain, and store in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

2 oz. Eight Oaks American Vodka
2 oz. Pumpkin Spice Syrup*

(Water, sugar, pumpkin pie extract, vanilla)
1 heaping tablespoon of pumpkin puree

In a shaker, add ice, vodka, pumpkin spice syrup, and pumpkin. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Top with whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice.

*House-Made Pumpkin Spice Recipe

Bring water to boil. Stir in equal parts sugar. Once sugar is dissolved, add vanilla and pumpkin pie extract. Let cool completely.

*NOTE: this is a fun syrup to play around with and fit perfectly to your taste. Add some cinnamon or nutmeg for a fun twist.

2 oz Eight Oaks Authentic Applejack
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 1/2 oz Rosemary-Honey Syrup
3 oz Local Apple Cider
Fresh Rosemary

In a shaker, add Eight Oaks Applejack, lemon Juice, rosemary honey syrup, apple cider, and sprig of rosemary. Shake well and pour into rocks glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig.

*Honey-Rosemary Syrup Recipe

Equal parts warm water and honey. Once honey is dissolved, remove from heat and add fresh rosemary. Once cool, strain and store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
