A Valentine’s Evening

at the distillery after hours

Valentine's Day is just around the corner & we've got your evening plans covered!

We are going to host a Valentine's Evening at the distillery on February 14th from 6-9pm! Included in your ticket will be a special entree & dessert from our partners Trè Locally Sourced, a hand-crafted Eight Oaks cocktail and live music all evening!

Come enjoy the distillery after hours with your significant other or a best friend! We will be serving up Valentine's Day cocktails, beer, and wine!

Each ticket will get a choice of the following entree:

Braised short rib -Potato gratin , local mushrooms, Pinot bourbon sauce 

Lump crab cake- Truffled cauliflower purée, braised purple cabbage 

Dijon and herb crusted pork loin- Potato gratin, applejack cream sauce 

As well as a choice of dessert:

Flourless chocolate cake -Rum cherries, whipped cream

Apple tart- Nesting box vanilla bean ice cream, salted caramel drizzle
